Papad vegetable recipe
To make papad vegetable, first fry the papad on the gas or fry it by adding oil in a pan. Now add ½ cup of water to the curd and whisk it. After this add oil to the pan. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kasoori methi to the oil and fry for some time. Then add tomato, ginger, green chili paste, red chili powder and other spices and fry till the oil leaves. Now add 1 cup of water, cover it and wait for it to boil.

After this keep stirring while mixing curd in the gravy. After it starts boiling, add salt and green coriander to it.
